Headed by Chef Graham Singer, the Palm Restaurant serves a menu filled with freshly-caught seafood, locally-grown ingredients and cuisine fused with a Caribbean flavor. The restaurant requires that guests not be wearing wet beachwear, and shoes or shorts are prohibited.

Proudly being on of the few restaurants on the island to feature air-conditioning for patrons, Vyviens Restaurant is the ideal eatery for an elegant meal. Romancing couples will find that this is the perfect place for an intimate date. The exquisite menu offers dishes ranging from grilled crawfish to macadamia nut-crusted lamb loin. The vast wine selection and superior service will leave you impressed. Reservations are required for this establishment, and shorts/sneakers/t-shirts are prohibited.
